The hotel itself was satisfactory; however, I was disappointed with a key aspect of my stay. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised free self-parking. Despite making my reservation within the same week as our visit, upon check-in, the front desk clerk informed us that they had "just started charging for parking." While the fee was relatively small, it was not what I had agreed to when booking. Unfortunately, there was little I could do at that point. Moving forward, the hotel should ensure that such policy changes are clearly communicated to guests prior to making reservations.

Airport shuttle has limited hours due to limited manning. This information was not annotated on any of the information presented which was a surprising after a long day of travel. Desk clerk was overwhelmed but handeled as best they could. Room was clean and comfortable

We stayed here night before cruise. Be aware they have added recently a $10 extra charge for parking. Not happy about that. Usually like these hotels - our first room had wet carpet near A/C and bed. We asked for new room. Pretty loud crew out by firepit late at night - then again about 2 am.
