I would have given them a higher rating but for housekeeping to not leave an extra roll of toilet paper and run out at 4am was not good. Also to have a coffee station that does not have tea and hot water not an A for sure. Excellence is in the details!

The hotel had a odor, could have been the carpet, the TV didn’t work in the room I went to ask the desk , said he would come u and see the issue and never came, no kind of breakfast
