Positive: Staff was friendly and warm. Beds were comfortable.
Negative: The room could have been cleaner. The tub is so slippery I nearly fell multiple times and only used once due to fear of falling. Some broken items and wallpaper issues. My true frustration is the advertising of the amenities by Hotels.com AND Holiday Inn site specific. We had the option of including a buffet breakfast for an additional charge, which we paid at the time of the booking. The pics of the breakfast buffet were good because my husband who really can only do protein, he would have something to eat before 5-10 hour days at the hospital. So there is no more buffet. They provide pre-packed sandwiches and some fruit. They did offer to give us a free selection. None of which he could eat. It’s clear where the area used to be. Apparently they discontinued the self serve breakfast and didn’t fix their pics or advertising. Hotels.com refuses a refund. Clearly false advertising. We would have chosen another place to stay that would accommodate his eating restrictions. Or at the least not paid for something that clearly isn’t there. I’ve requested the ones responsible for BOTH sites to be updated immediately.
