My Mayo Clinic Journey

The check in was very easy, my room was clean & comfortable. Great value for the cost. Would recommend this location. I was in Jacksonville for a Mayo Clinic Appointment. A very easy drive to Mayo from the hotel.

Terrible experience

Our first night at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. Around 11:30 PM, while my husband and I were resting in our room, someone tried to open our door. Thankfully, I always make sure to lock the door, but the fear I felt at that moment was indescribable. My husband immediately called the front desk, and they told him that due to a system error, our room had been mistakenly assigned to someone else. This is completely unacceptable. A mistake like this not only disrupts a guest’s stay but also creates a serious security issue. We expected a relaxing and safe stay, but instead, we were left feeling unsettled and disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free experience.
