Clean, modern renovations, staff & very close to Christus Mother Frances hospital is 5 stars for the hotel. Guests letting their room doors slam & t.v. playing late at night was disturbing, however, I was too tired to request a new room. I suggest bringing ear plugs & a white noise app.

The property has really gone down hill since I last visited. The beds are terrible and not comfortable. They were already knocking at 9 am, 3 hours before check out, when I was still sleeping so I felt rushed out. To add to it, I was also trying to pack and load my items and I come back and there is already someone IN the room, with items I still had in there. I never told them I was checked out so it was very frustrating coming back to someone in there when I was still trying to pack. The breakfast looked unappatising and it was the same menu all weekend. This was always my go to hotel in Jacksonville but not anymore unfortunately.

Retiree getaway

Breakfast was sparse - however the staff seemed attentive and very polite The bed was a bit too firm for our taste - The hotel was clean , smelled great and seemed like a brand new property, although construction was happening.

Be sure and have them tell you about the deposit they take out AFTER you pay for your room! I was assured by the manager that I receive back as soon as I checked out. I still have not received. I called to ask about it, and was informed it would be returned 5 to 7 business days later

Renovating Hotel - you should be told

Hotel is renovating it looks like dining area and pool area. The hotel had construction everywhere. The room was fine, but breakfast was very lacking.

Construction Updates

The lobby and other areas are under construction. It will be beautiful in a couple of weeks. The room was clean and comfy. The smell from the construction was really strong and gave me a headache. The construction people took up most of the parking lot. Once you get a spot you better not leave. BUT as I stated....in a couple of weeks all will be wonderful.
