Chase at the front desk, and Rica, at the bar, were great. One point I would make is that the toilets are very low to the floor. They’re more difficult to use than chair height toilets.

I’ve stayed here many times. The service is usually very good and the restaurants in the area are excellent. This time the staff was helpful but I found the room to be a bit too worn (window shade has holes and is held by a clip, bathroom has rust spots on fixtures and tub, ac makes hellish noise). The hotel is still a very good choice for the price and area but I hope they consider updating the rooms a bit.

Liked the staff and the location a whole lot. Did not like a $5.00 add on fee per night to park in a public Mall parking lot! Did NOT like at all no free wifi for 'Hilton Honors' guests. Totally unacceptable.

The check in and front desk was GREAT! The onsite restaurant/bar was exceptional and quite reasonable. The every-other-day housekeeping was…not. I checked in on Friday. I got a ‘short’ towel exchange on Sunday. I called in that and another towel was delivered - but no more wash clothes or bath mat; and they comped a breakfast. Nothing else changed by the time I checked out on Wednesday. True, I could have called down to the desk. But I shouldn’t have had to. The elevators are s-l—o—-w, as in it would be faster to walk - but the stairs down only exited exterior. All in all a good stay. But there is room for improvement. Chase was terrific. Phillip was also good. Mulligans was a true gem.

We loved our stay at the Hilton. Our room was awesome, very spacious. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. Our only complaint was that our little coffee pot in our room wasn't working. I told them the next morning and in the 3 days that we were there they never came and gave us a different one. So we had to go to the lobby every morning to get a cup of coffee. The microwave did not work as well, so used the one in the lobby. Not a big deal, but since the elevators are a little on the slow side it would have been nice to have coffee available in our room

I found the property and experience disappointing. The rooms and decor were subpar. Housekeeping was requested and never showed up during the entire stay. They charge for bottled water in the room. Things looked tired and worn. It was a place to sleep and nothing more. I don't think I will ever stay there again.
