I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and anything I called the front desk for I got within 5-10 mins. If you need some relaxation by the beach chose this place.

The tub dripped. The toilet clogged. They didn't have a water fountain or a place to fill water bottles. I had to ask for water and they didn't even want to give enough bottles for each member of my family. The parking lot was a tight squeeze and it was hard to get in and out of. The door to the hotel from the beach was always open (it was supposed to be locked). They said the had vegan options from their restaurant but they only had one option, hummus. Also, for breakfast they said to let a staff member know if you had any dietary needs and they would assist but the staff didn't know about any other food options.

Not quite as comfy as I’d expected
The beds weren’t very comfy and left sore backs for us. The waterfall was pool wasn’t on but turned on after I mentioned it at 4ish upon check in. The lady at the front was a little gruff and didn’t really seem too nice. Everyone else at the front was welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was a let down but there’s plenty of places nearby.

We had a great stay
We had a great stay. I was traveling with my children and they loved the pool and the beach. Breakfast was good. It was a weekend and they were very busy. Staff worked really hard to keep the breakfast stocked. Check in was fast and easy. Staff were very friendly. We ordered food at the bar and were able to charge it to our room. I loved that because I didn’t have to worry about bringing my card down to the pool or beach area. The only thing I would suggest is for there it be a sign telling guests what the beach flag colors mean. I had to look it up. We had yellow flags our stay but a hurricane recently went through this area. The current was very strong.
