Stayed here during a quick trip to Jacksonville and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was spotlessly clean from the lobby to the rooms, everything looked well-kept and freshly maintained. My room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, but the pillows had a dirty smell. Anyways I genuinely appreciated how tidy and quiet everything was. The staff were a highlight warm, and genuinely helpful. Check-in wasn’t that good, but all the rest seemed happy to be there (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case in hospitality). Now… the breakfast. Let’s just say it existed. If you’re looking for something hot, fresh, or remotely inspiring, you may want to make friends with the nearest diner instead. The options were basic and lacked variety, and the quality didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s standards. That said, overall it was a good stay. Clean room, comfortable vibe, and a team that clearly cares. Just maybe swing by Starbucks on your way out in the morning and don’t check in late.

Very noisy. When guests let their door close, the wall would shake and it is audible throughout the hallway. Normal conversations in the hallway are audible within other rooms, probably due to gaps at the bottom of the doors. Thermostats have been "upgraded" but don't regulate room temperature.

Excellent Experience

The hotel stay was excellent. It was quiet at night and we could rest well after a long drive. The room was very clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. The new showers were very nice. It was the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely come back here when we visit Jacksonville again.
