When I first entered I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the space. The location is perfect you have Dollar tree the gates gas station you have McDonald's you have Aldi Walmart within walking distance it is absolutely amazing I love the fast check in. I love the cleanliness I can't stop speaking of that it was so clean when I walked up the stairs to my room which was 205 the entire corridor was so clean it felt as though it was just swept it was amazing when I entered the room I was blown away the beds were properly spread no stains bathroom was fully equipped with the essential you need for your trip the cable no issues the TVs and remote work perfectly I would definitely recommend here for the price it was worth it if you're looking somewhere clean where you do not feel uncomfortable this would be the space I would definitely stay again thank you guys I slept with peace of mind there were no lingering guests on the corridors as some location and hotels may have there were no drug dealing there were no signs to make me feel unsafe I'll definitely be staying again

Yeah, I've stayed there before. It's not in the best area, it's off of US1 in a not-so-nice part of town. But the property itself is really nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly too. And for the price, it's a great deal, especially for salesmen like me.

Ridiculous Cost for a Roach Infested Room
It's unbelievable what these ppl are charging. Fake pictures on hotel.com, room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. A drug paraphernalia straw on our door mat. But the cherry on top: the first night it was $58, so the next morning, I'm waiting to hear my work schedule, so I wasn't sure if I was going to stay, at 10:40, I asked for a late check out til noon, so an hour, he tells me he'll give me 30 minutes. When I rebook for now $70/night, he tells me I've booked through a cheaper, 3rd party site, and if I want to remain in my room, I'll have to pay another $20. Otherwise, I'll have to check out and wait with all my stuff outside, I til check in at 3. This is for a terrible roach infested room with shattered lamp shades, burn marks on the tub, terrible towels, broken & empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers, stained sheets, flat pillows, and don't get me started on the blankets on the bed. $100 for an F grade room? At $70, that doesn't even buy me to stay in the room after being there one night. The one guy was incredibly unfriendly when I checked in, and it's safe to say, I'll never stay there again . AND, there was a woman in the lobby who clearly knew the guy behind the counter, and she's trying to promote the place by lying to me, telling me that the cheaper hotels that I knew for a fact were $43-$53 a night- she was telling me they would charge me $120. So that's the kind of ppl you'll find at the Emerald Inn. I strongly do not recommend.
