Very nice hotel and staff
The room was very comfortable and the staff was so polite and helpful. My visit was not one of pleasure and the dtaff helped make the visit a little more pleasant in an otherwise uncomfortable reason for my stay. Thank you so much and i would def stay here again.

Elevators need to be replaced or cleaned. The appearance of the doors are/looks very old, rusted and has a bad odor. Wallpaper throughout the halls are peeling. Not to mention the shower fixtures has a bit of rust on them. Lastly, the hot water was a big issue. Even after switching rooms at 11pm water conditions did not improve. I will say bedding and everything was pretty fair and comfortable.

Worst hotel experience in a long time. Dirty room with no soap, Kleenexes, and it smelled terrible and wet. Front desk staff was atrocious and rude and not helpful. All three front desk women I dealt with were AWFUL. I spend a lot of money at Hiltons but will never return to this one.

Close to airport—great! $4 sodas and waters. Zero vending machines. On 4th floor had to go down to the lobby for a soda!! Walls are dirty. Worst Doubletree we have ever been to. Cookie was delicious though!

Pool doesn’t work, staff seem miffed to even speak to you, one of the staff screamed at our car from the parking lot to “slow the f*** up” while she was carrying coffees across a median from another parking lot. Our room was nice but I would confidently never stay here again when there’s one million hotels in the area

The most impressive area for me was the conveniences and the professional altitude of the staff, very customer oriented and helpful, desk staff, to the restaurant/bar and service staff, it was an exceptional experience, on my next visit, I will definitely stay there and have recommended it to friends and co-workers.

Terrible customer service!! I paid for a 2 night stay and never even got a room. I called to let them know that my cruise was delayed getting back to the port and I was not going to get there until 3am, only to be told they over booked so I was no longer able to get the room I requested. The woman on the phone told me that she would assign me a different kind. Ok fine. Then when I had to rent a car to drive and wouldn't make it there until 10am I called again to let them know. This time they told me that they would have to reinstate my booking when I got there since they couldn't check me in over the phone. When I finally got there, they did not have a room for me even though I called twice and they charged me for 2 nights. The front desk told me they should have checked me in when I called! WHAT?! I eneded up calling other places and found somewhere else to stay with much better customer service.
