Our assigned room was all the way at the back. I feel unsafe just by walking to get to our room w/c is all the way to the back. Side walks have marking of I don’t know (feces, vomit?) When we opened our 1st room, the room was reeking with dope smell. We went back to the front desk and asked for a transfer (imagine the back & fort) we were given our second room and walked back to the back. It’s the same thing, reeking with dope smell but a little better. Smelling both rooms gave me a headache and I felt nauseated. I called front desk to let them know about the smell and missing bath towel (there’s only one) She was going to say to come back to the Front Desk but I asked if she can deliver it. She also said that she will bring towel and air freshener. I really can’t stand the hotel so we decided ti book to another hotel, walked all the way to the Front Desk again and check out. I asked if I can get a refund but the agent said that I need to contact the agency where I booked the room from. Never again…We moved to Crowned Plaza which is way better.

This was a NIGHTMARE. I am a senior nearly 80 years young and use a walker. Upon arriving very late i found the hotel room without a working clock or phone. When i went to office in morning i reported this and at 9:20 no breakfast available. When i got back to room that evening still no working phone. Made my way to office at nearly midnight and desk clerk and two guests could not set clock or get phone to work. Because i am diabetic and needed the breakfast before going to my brothers funeral the desk clerk promised me she would knock on my door at 7am. Of course she didn't stating later she was too busy. At breakfast no milk or eggs or juice at 8:30. Also there was NO sign on back door stating no.entrance and a nice man opened the door seeing i was a senior with walker. A couple followed me in. A black lady employee started screaming and screatching at me we had to come in front door. Later signs scotche

Do not stay there!!!

. First things did not go smooth at check in, when we arrived our room was now ready, a young man who we were speaking with said we probably wouldn’t have a room, so we had to wait. Once we got checked in finally we went to our room and there was only 2 rags and 2 towels. We went to Walmart to purchase more however once we got ready to get in the shower, we had no hot water. We went to the front office and informed them, the maintenance people a black guy and a Hispanic man came and stated they turned the hot water heater up. It still did not work. We have not been able to take a hot shower since we have been here. On top of all those issues, my daughter was sleeping and woke up to ant bites and she is allergic to ants. This entire stay has been horrible, along with my other dance parents who had hotels as well.

UNACCEPTABLE

ROOM WAS DIRTY, TRASH ON THE FLOOR, SHEETS HAD STAINS. MOLD AROUND THE DOOR. WATER WAS ICEEEEEE COLD ALL DAY SATURDAY AND DECIDED TO WARM UP SUNDAY MORNING DURING CHECK OUT. KEY CARDS DEACTIVATED ALL DAY SATURDAY!

The important areas were clean: bathrooms, and the beds. The beds were very comfortable too! There are dust bunnies everywhere you look, and the door to the room had a broken deadbolt, and you could practically see to the outside through the gap in the door frame. If anyone was talking outside the door, he could hear it as if they were inside the room with you. It is a pet friendly hotel, but it was evident that people were not cleaning up after their dogs on the spacious lawn. Breakfast was OK, but it seems like they ran out of coffee, cups, as well as some food items. The suites very nice solution for some people like us, and it was nice to have two bathrooms! It’s an OK place for one night.

I’m so disappointed with the entire process. My family arrived by Uber from the airport after 9 pm to check in. Me, my husband and 3 kids. I reserved the room a week in advance. After waiting in a line for over an hour we were told that our reservations were canceled by Expedia and no more rooms available. Never again will I use Expedia or this hotel.

Not good at all

Room wasnt ready at check in. Was told 15 minutes. More than an hour later still not ready. Wgen they finally gavs us the key we got to the room amd they were still cleaning it. Smoke detector in room was beeping and had to ask multiple times for maintence to replace battery. After 2 hours they finally came. Water in room would not run hot. Was told to let it run gor 30-45 minutes and good luck. Overall a sad experience.

The hotel is ghetto altogether. Will never stay there again. There's mold on the door and the panel. There were crumbs or something n our bed. We never got the extra towels we requested on the 1st night. It was tight. Only one small chair in room.
