I didn’t like been nickel and dimed,early check-in extra , late checkout extra. Little thing like complementary early check in or out leaves a good image. It shows the hotel cares about the customer. Not just their money, I needed water to make the complementary coffee they provide in the rooms had to buy the waters, I asked if there was water provided for the room coffee and the gray hair gentleman say , no we provided tap water. I looked him strange and said I don’t know if you drink tap water but I don’t, you never know the quality of the tap water. Same gentleman when I went to get the water had me stand and wait for him a few minutes without acknowledging I was standing in front of him. Easily he could have picked up his head for 1 second greeted me and tell me he was busy that he would be with me in a few seconds or minutes.
