My stay was extremely enjoyable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed for 6 nights, 1 morning my vehicles battery died and the manager Mr. Omar helped me and jumped my car (even in a suit). I appreciated that so much! I will definitely be back. The free breakfast was also very good. For a three star hotel, it gave 5 star energy.

Everything was fine but 2 drunk men banged on our door at around 4:30am claiming it was their room! They stayed in the hallway for almost 20 mins and banged several doors, waking up the whole floor, which was a really terrible experience.

This hotel's location was so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet and had all the amenities we look for in a hotel. As female travelers, we felt safe staying here. It was upkept very well inside and out. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a large variety to choose from and was delicious. I definitely plan on staying here for all of our future Jacksonville, FL trips.
