Katie was at the front desk and went above and beyond for the check in process. Katie is very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and asked if the room was ready yet (I also said I understood if it wasn’t and didn’t mind waiting since I was very early). She said she would make sure it would be ready soon and would call when it was… she was so welcoming. An absolute asset to your company

They obviously have a knack for hiring wonderful, friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very nice. Only problem was TV. Difficult to turn on. Had to push a button on "controller".

Great stay!
Hotel was clean and updated. The woman at the front desk was excellent and was able to get us checked in early as we were coming from another hotel. Conveniently located. Rooms were comfortable and in very nice condition. Breakfast was adequate and offered various options within the limited space available.

Big complaint is the bed. It was old and lumpy, if you did not lay in the "trough" or valley then you would roll into it. The shower had mold in a corner but mostly clean. Breakfast was good, room clean.

For the price, this property was perfect. It's right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. Just steps to the beach. Our room was cery clean and quiet. Hot breakfast every morning was a great plus.
