The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The only problem i had was i had mold in my bathroom on the ceiling, the floor was dirty like it hadnt been swept.

The room floor was not clean. I also had to get linen for pull out couch from the front desk myself. It was not brought to my room. My suite had 2 TVs but 1 remote and was only prepped with two washcloths for four people staying in the room.

Although the hotel was conveniently located, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The doors didn't close easily. You had to pull it hard or kick it open or closed. The floors were sticky, the countertop on the dresser was broken and poorly repaired instead of replaced. The morning of our departure we found a roach crawling across the floor. We will never return to this hotel.

Front desk staff Tiffany was bery friendly and helpful grabbing sheets for the pullout sofa. Room was old in poor condition needing repairs. Safety concern with smoke detectors missing in the room.

We got the “suite” as it is combined rooms for 5 people. Floors were dirty with a dead bug on the floor. The one unit had the fridge removed and this jacked up hole in the wall/cabinet where the fridge should be. Worst of all, opened the hide-a-bed couch, super thin mattress, huge disgusting stain on it, no sheets/pillows, got the sheets and came back to my son search the bed for bed bugs….didn’t find any, but it was that disgusting. Wished we had paid more for a better hotel room. My girls are still having nightmares from that experience. Breakfast was good but pancake machine not working…so…

When I went to check in to the hotel, they gave me a key to a room that had not been made up or cleaned at all. I went back and they gave me another key to a different room and when I tried that, the key didn’t work. I went back a third time and got a new room with a new key and tried again but still the door didn’t open. I went back and they told me I had to really shake and lift up the door handle. I went back for the fourth attempt at a room and finally got in. The room was quite run down and I could hear dogs barking in other rooms all night. It was fine for just two nights but definitely would not recommend.
