The worst place to stay
False advertisement for cable and wifi, there was none. Tue room smelled like smoke and there was no hot water for me to take a shower. Would not stay or recommend this place at all.

This is not a place I would stay if I had other options. But it was race weekend, and even booking a couple of months in advance this was all I could find under $200 a night. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, it was just very run down and not well maintained. Both rooms had different, but equally disgusting smells. Both a/c units smelled like they were going to catch on fire when we put them on heat mode. Both fridges smelled rank and didn’t keep the two cans were put in them cold. Both carpets had that sticky moist feel so we never walked in bare feet. All the towels were clean but dingy and some were slightly stained. In one room the counter was falling off in the bathroom, the exhaust fan just made a loud high pitch squeal and didn’t actually do anything. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way either. Also in that room, where the smoke detector should be was just a hole in the ceiling with wires coming out. Although one room smelled like mold there wasn’t any visible. But the shower looked clean enough and the water was fine. We didn’t have any problems with service. They were actually very nice and accommodating at check in and I heard them on the phone being very nice and polite to other guests as well.

the worst hotel stays ever
we arrived hour early and were told we could not check in check in till 3:30 pm, we waited checked in put bags in room and left right away. we returned at 9;00 pm for the evening and when un packing realized the room was absolutely disgusting. i went to front desk and the person said we are full and cannot give us a diffrent room and you had been in room for hours. because we booked through hotels . com he said he could not refund our money. this room was horriable. moldy shower missing paint in shower ,dirty shower tub, bath towels were a very dirty off white color,, hole in carpet floor, screw sticking out of wall 2 inches long at eye level ,the tv had about 5 channels and they were so fuzzy you could not watch it, the microwave didn't work, the bed was so bad it felt like we were sleeping on a donut the center was so low and wore out. and the breakfast was only 6-8 had piss warm milk and stale cereal corn flakes and raisin brand mix. i picked up a hostess cupcake for my wife and that was expired. if you think about staying here don't if you must look at room before you pay.

We book online to stay at a Quality Inn, but there was definitely no quality. The building looked to on its last legs, carpets were dirty, conditions rooms was terrible. Bathtub/SHower looked filthy, shower rod fell off wall, toilet seats were all loose, TV's did not work. Breakfast was served from 6 AM to 8 AM - consisted of Raisin Bran, waffles and muffin. Prison food would probaly be better. If you are thinking of booking here - DO NOT

The worst hotel I’ve been to staff. Only 1person at the front desk bed bugs dirty everything two clocks in room niether worked. No battery in the fire alarm the tub had like this white tape in it covering a hole that I almost felt I was going to fall threw it. Oh and hadno toilet seat in it when I got the room no TV this place needs to be shut down and overhauled big time

Almost everything about this stay was bad. It started with nobody ever being at the front desk. It took 10 minutes before someone showed up to check in. When we got to our room we didn't have any towels, soap, shampoo. We had a coffee maker, but no pot. We went to our complimentary breakfast only to find corn flakes and thats it. The shower was still dirty and had hair in the tub.

You can tell that this hotel has potential however its current state is deplorable. There is visiable mold in the rooms, especially the bathroom. Due to the mold, the rooms have a very strong mold/mildew smell. When we arrived there was only one towel, however, when we asked for a second we were provided one right away. The blanket on the bed had a blood stain on it. The bathroom in the one room had a large leak through the ceiling on the morning of check out that was coming from the room above and was reported to the staff. We were asked to provide a 50$ deposit hold upon check in that was to be releeased when we checked out, however they processed the hold and it was posted to my credit card. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The front desk attendant was very rude and kicked my kid, who was helping me with my luggage, out of the building as I was standing at the desk checking in! The attendant pointed at a sign posted that included the words "No Visitors" and absolutely refused to help me -- and was actually mean about it -- because the No Visitors rule meant my kid couldn't even be *in the building*. It's a ridiculous rule to start with, but the way the attendant implemented it demonstrated incredibly poor customer service, and frankly, incredibly poor relations to a fellow human being. I also witnessed the same attendant treat another guest in the same way: she kicked them out of the building while they were waiting inside out of the rain for their Uber, simply because they hadn't paid the security deposit (but even though they *had* paid for the room itself!) When I got to my room, I discovered it was in a state of disrepair. The bathroom door didn't have a doorknob; instead it had pencil marks where the knob should go. And the front panel of the bathroom counter was naked wood with a cut-out intended for a tissue box, but it was only a hole and nothing else -- no tissues. I've never experienced such harsh treatment from *any* hotel

Mold contaminated DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
Had to wait 15 minutes to check in and wished I hadn’t. She is Rude and not helpful at all. The room smell of dog and mold. Dear Lord don’t turn on the a/c because it just makes it even worse. I called her from the front desk to request a different room. She told me “No” and that I needed to check out and leave. So we did. We were not the only unsatisfied guests trying to get out of that biohazard of a hotel. Quality is what it is Not that is for sure. Hotel.com took a couple of hours to get me some key cash points for being charged the one unstayed night. Just don’t stay here, unless you are the “regulars”already coming and going. This place needs condemned, torn down! She needs fired! Called the health department, they gave me another number to a LARA but they were also no help. I will find out who to contact to shut this place down!
