If I could leave 0 stars I would! Save your time and money if you’re looking for a place to sleep. Should’ve known when the guy at front desk ask if we wanted to review room first however we declined as it was 2 am and just ready to get some sleep however we walked in and turned around walked out and left to find something else. This should definitely be a pay by the hour place.

Hotel canceled reservations When I booked the hotel reservation, I booked and it gave me the option to pay at the property, when I went to check in, I was told that the hotel was booked and my reservation was cancelled after driving 3 hours The next morning the hotel attempted to charge my card for the amount

The room was terrible. We booked a jacuzzi room with jetted tub, inside of tub was filthy, tub broken all around on the outside, toilet dirty, sheets and mattress was stained along with pillows. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes filled the room. Do not waste your time with booking here.

Terrible. I checked in and checked back out. I was charged by Expedia for a no show (which is not true) and both Expedia and the hotel are saying they didn’t charge me so they can’t refund me.

The staff is very nice and friendly! But the cleanliness and safety of the property is a -7. It’s so dirty and disgusting. Not even worth the money. Better off spending more for a little nicer. The staff were amazing though! They were very helpful and resolved issues with cleanliness and found a slightly better room.

Lost money

It was horrible. Got there the bathroom in the lobby were locked. The person working the front desk wasnt there. Took 15 mins to get there. Once i tried to check on told me the room i booked wasn't available and i couldn't get my momey back ($233.00) and ddn offer me another room. Women that came in after me had the same issues. I work hard for my money and they just took it. Wish i could get my money back.
