We gad a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, pool is small though well managed. Great staff. We had two families with small kids and the experience was great. Will highly recommend.

The bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in the room. However at 4:30am the people above us were up and I could hear every single step they took and it sounded like they were jumping on the bed. Wish the room had been more sound proof.

Good hotel for Jackson

This hotel was convenient for Jackson. It was clean, and the room was spacious. The breakfast was pretty good. The only problem I had was there appeared to be no way to control the air conditioning. I could adjust the temperature gauge on the unit, but the temperature did not change. It was generally too cold in the room.

I was a very late arrival and the staff was efficient and friendly. They arranged a shuttle to the airport the following morning. The drive to the airport was cheerful and friendly. I will use this hotel in the future.
