Location was fine. It was just an interesting stay. There was an overwhelming smell of bleach and fabulosa. My booking came with free breakfast but there was no evidence of a breakfast, no smell, no people in the dining hall (customers or staff) so I skipped it. Then, I was awakened one nite with a loud bang of someone trying to get in the room. Luckily the top latch caught it. I had to report it to security but never heard back. Highlight was the bartender. Excellent service.

This property needs to be upgraded so badly! Everything, the carpet, tiling, fixtures, design... is seriously outdated. The building has a mildew smell and a lot of the metal of rusted out. The toilet seats are so worn that they have a bad texture. Lastly, the staff need a morale upgrade. This property seemed to be short staff and it was felt as the lines were long and staff was very unfriendly.

First night I was on the 11th floor no hot water in the shower and no hot water front the sink. I was moved to PH. Shower water was hot but the sink water didn’t turn on at all.

It took over 30 minutes to get in the room and maintenance ended up having to let us in! Neighbors had traffic ALL NIGHT hanging on the door and so loud that you could hear them as soon as they got off the elevator! Hotel picture is FAR from accurate

I arrived with a boat in tow and the receptionist said to park in a specific area and it worked out nicely. The parking area was really well lit at night, giving me a chance to get some well needed rest after traveling. The room was very nice and just what we needed to wind down after a few days of traveling. My complements to the staff!!
