Good place to stay

I booked this room after my room in Albion turned out to be a dumpster fire. I booked that room on hotels.com too. This place was had a great room. Fair breakfast.

The rooms were clean and convenient. Staff was mostly helpful. The one thing I noticed was that the mattresses weren't very comfortable and they squeaked. My brother had a room also and he said his were fine so perhaps it was just the room I was in. There also wasn't a good selection of pillows. They were all big and too fluffy but when I laid on them they immediately caved in the middle and I had two puffs on either side of my head.

Check-In was not too bad and at first glance the room seemed to be okay. However, when using the restroom I noticed hair from a hairbrush and a q-tip in the trash that was not from us. Additionally, even though we were only here for the night and it sounded good, the pool was down for maintenance. Stains on linens and we went to shower, realized there was no towels. (We had washcloths and hand towels) I had to go down to get some. Nobody was at desk to help but an employee who does breakfast was able to get us towels. 630am...no coffee. Had to go to 7-11 but I am sure was much better.

Because the the price was so much lower then surrounding hotels the conditions and service was poor. I would do it again for the price since I was just looking for a bed for the nite.would suspect many others would not go back.

Solo travel for a race.

The person who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. My room was big and clean. The pool and gym are under construction and at first I was nervous since the outside had no sign on the building but I ended up being happy I stayed here. Easy to get to the track and some restaurants near by.

Needs an update to rooms, pool was closed and i was was really looking forward tousing that. Room was faily clean,Hair behind bathroom door on floor and room was visablly dusty. Towels were great. breakfast was just ok

The hotel had out of order signs on the vending machines as well as things in the breakfast area. The pool was shut down for "maintenance" and the outside grounds area was overgrown and unkept.

This hotel was not an 8 out of 10, but a 3 out of 10. Our room didn't have a refrigerator, it was missing the wall thermostat, missing a light bulb out of a lamp and the wall plug didnt charge my phone. The pool was out of service, the juice bar was oit of service and the vending machine was out of service.

I requested a king room, guy wanted me to take a queen x2 bed room and i declined. King room smelled like smoke terribly. I was obligated to queen room. I lost the fridge i paid to have and king bed. I was not able to get reimbursed. Staff apologized but no compensation. It is an old hamptom hotel and it is run down. For what i paid, i expected better quality. If you have allergies, you wouldnt want to stay here. Even the queen room smelled of smoke during my 4 day stay

Great place and a great breakfast

This property was very nice. The furnishings were in great shape with little wear. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
