We got in later in the evening for a one night stay so didn't get to check out much of the facilities but had a pleasant conversation with the desk clerk and found the room to be very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! We slept so soundly that we were late for breakfast, but the breakfast staff was forgiving and kind. Very thankful.

Great staff clean rooms no weird smells!

No weird smells, quiet.. super great staff.. ultra clean room with nice towels and sheets. The breakfast is the best I've seen in years and I travel work. Great staff, location, service. . ! A+++

Would stay again

Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean tub/shower. Fair price especially considering the room had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch and could sleep 6. Quiet room. No unpleasant smells. Easy to find right off I-40. Good distance to shopping and food. Definitely try the Old Country Store next door if you are craving home cooking. Also, walkable to Waffle House and a convenient store that sells Hunt Brothers pizza.

Don't recommend at all.

The reviews are misleading. The front desk person wasn't pleasant but fairly rude. The room had mold on the walls and the mattress felt like it was very old and quite uncomfortable.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The incredible rude woman who checked us in had the lobby TV blaring with her show and made it clear we had interrupted he and she was annoyed. The "free" breakfast was a minimal effort. A cup of coffee or tea was about all that was available. This was one stop along a cross country trip and this place stood out as a very poor experience.

The ventilation system was not working. The hallway was stuffy and smelly, and so was the room. This was not just a malfunction, because there was some mold in the shower. The fans in bathroom and hallway have been inoperable for some time. The bed was not very comfy either. This was my first stay at a Comfort property , and will not use them again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!

When we arrived, the front desk staff never looked up or acknowledged we were there. When I communicated that I was there to check-in, he was very awkward. When he laid his phone down on the counter, I noticed that he was reading X rated literature with very vulgar language. Towels in the room had yellow stains on them and appeared to have wiped something up and then folded it and put it back on the shelf in the bathroom. There was used sheets in the fold out sofa that had used q-tips folded up into the sofa. The area was very sketchy. There were tents with homeless persons less than 100 yards from the parking area. We ended up leaving a day early and just losing money. Will not be returning to this hotel.
