The door lock was broken, and the room smelled musty. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and there were no fans in the bathroom.

A clean carpet goes a long way towards comfort
The Room was tidy and neat and hotel staff, were helpful & friendly. However, the decor was a bit out-dated and clearly cosmetic touches were added to disguise a much needed make over. The carpet was unbearable. The smell of age old rug fibers cut off your breathing, without the AC being on an extremely low temperature. Carpet needs a deep cleaning, w/steam-shampoo or a replacement.

Staff does not care. Stayed at this hotel with my family passing through from Texas. Got in around midnight. There was dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. The AC did not work. And to top it off as we were going to sleep cockroach was crawling on the walls! DO NOT STAY HERE!

After arriving to my room, I immediately went to shower there was hair on the tub. After the showering I was heading to bed when I noticed dirt on the comforter so I pulled the sheets back and was utterly disgusted. There was dirt, hair, and bodily fluids on the sheets. I go to the front desk where she apologize and offer to change my room. There weren’t any standard rooms only suites. She says let me see if this will make your rates change..Why should my rates change because housekeeping didn’t properly clean the room. I’m never going back.
