Baymont will always be my number one choice. It’s always the same no matter how many times I book, the staff customer service is top tier along with the cleanliness. I will most definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing when checking in. The cleanliness of the room was concerning. Towels with stains/dirt already on them. Tissue stuck in the peephole. Cabinets with spilled liquid dried on them. Dirt in the bathtub.

I’ve stayed here multiple times but this “stay” was off. The room was damp and dirty! Hair on the bathroom floor & sink. There were stains on the bed linen. When I pulled back the covers to disinfect, there was something that looked like an apple stem already under the sheets. Ewwww. As I was packing my things to bounce within an hour of checking in, I noticed FINGERNAIL CLIPPINGS on the night stand! Not sure what has changed with management but I will NEVER stay here again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, 5 stars for them! The room lacked soap, facial tissues, drinking glasses. the bathroom had mold growing under the soap tray and the tub needed a thorough cleaning. The parking lot was very littered with fast food containers, plastic bags, soda and beer cans. I want to emphasize that the staff was great!
