I would encourage you to expand options for non-alcoholic beverages. Reduced consumption of alcohol is an emerging trend in society. You should make these type of cocktails, beers and wine available so that non-drinkers can comfortably socialize with others.

I rented two rooms for my son’s birthday. Check in was at 4pm and we arrived after 5:30pm. One room did not have the beds made up and we had to call the front desk. The hotel itself did not look clean. Granted, they are remodeling. The kids did enjoy the pool. Overall, I probably would not stay here again.

This property was by far the worst I have ever stayed at. The rooms was dirty, the upholstery was stained, it was obvious that the floor in the bathroom had not been mopped, the towels were stained. I would not want anyone to every stay there!

If I had known they were remodeling, I would have booked another hotel. The stench of paint fumes permeated the halls. Also, before we were in our room an hour, we killed THREE stinkbugs! My wife went to the front desk to complain, and they moved us to another room. However, I killed another TWO stinkbugs in this room. Then I noticed this room did not have a footstool in front of the loveseat like the first room, and there was no clock radio and the microwave did not have a clock, so there was no way to tell time except by looking at our cell phones. Then we discovered the toilet didn't flush all the way. Very disappointing.

Needs a lot of work

The easiest way to describe our room was dingy. Mold in the seems of the bathtub, stains everywhere: the couch, the walls, the window shades. They seemed to be doing some updates to the hallways while we were there (the paint smell wasn’t fun either), I hope they update the rooms as well. I would say this place was more like a motel with larger rooms. The pool is tiny, my kids weren’t even interested. The kitchenette sink looks like it had been left that way since the 70s. I feel bad leaving a poor review because it seems to be owned by a family and they were very nice, but I couldn’t stay here again if I was visiting the Chelsea area. We booked because of all of the 10/10 reviews, I don’t think they stayed at the same place we did.

Stayed for a hockey tournament due to close proximity to all rinks. Overall I would not stay again. The staff was pleasant enough but that's where the positive review ends. Our room was freezing upon arrival. The heating unit intermittently worked. Maintenance had to come in and the unit quit again after they left. The microwave did not work. The TV remote was busted and most of the buttons did not work. No hot food provided at breakfast. Pool was cold. Signs were posted about renovation but no visible improvements were being made. Visible mold in the shower. The housekeeping female swore at multiple kids while in the hallway. Convenience was not worth the price of staying at this hotel. I hope true improvements are made.

The hotel is average. Fairly clean. Our tub did not drain through and the carpet is certainly in need of replacement. Check in was easy. Breakfast was a carb overload and therefore we did not partake. We were just on a quick trip from point A to point B though, so it was fine.

The property was nice but No hot water in the shower sucked. Not having change for the laundry no soap for laundry. They knew the room didnt have hot water in the shower still gave me the room. I should get a discount cause when I checked out i told them about the hot water and the clerk told me oh yeah we know about that. Didnt really make me happy. Then the person working night shift didnt comprehend english. I was also told they had a hot breakfast they didnt. It was a continental breakfast at best. Cold cereal, yogurts, and muffins.. Nice pool , gym and clean room, bed was a little firm.
