Well starting with the dusty/moldy smell in the rooms it only got worse the second night when we found a fake eyelash in our bed. Complained to front desk and there only response was to spray air freshener in the room. No response for the fake eyelash found in the bed!!.

Close to hospital which was nice. The room was very large, which was great. I loved there were nice pillows instead of the cheapo wimpy flat ones. Tub/shower was dirty/slippery and had hair in it. Had 3 night reservation for 2 and was provided one tiny bar of soap, empty shampoo bottle, bath mat, 1 hand towel and 2 regular towels for the entire stay.

I paid more for the room then listed. We were supposed to have 2king size beds. There were 2 queen size. The bathroom needed a lot of updates. The hot breakfast was frozen waffles you could put in the toaster. The pool was cold. I would not stay there again.

Staff was great, breakfast was fantastic, everything was clean. The only issue I had was that the TV remote didn't seem to be working and I was too tired to tell anyone about it lol. But I would definitely stay here again

The smell of sewage was very profound through out the hotel! The rooms were dirty and our toilet had a dirty seat so I’m sure it was not cleaned from the previous guest! We had 2 hand towels and had to go to the front desk for bath towels. We will not recommend this hotel for our friends and family because it needs a lot of changes for it to be a standout Baymont Hotel.

The staff was nice! One of the things I did not like was how the pool was presented, it was all dark in the pool area so I decided not to go in there. The room has a microwave and a fridge which was nice, but the bed and room itself needs an upgrade for sure. Overall I would say that the stay was a 6/10!

You get what you pay for. The whole hotel had a terrible (old musty) smell, our room was barely clean, there were obviously used wash cloths folded under the sink, bathtub moldy, bed was an old spring mattress, TV was about 20 years old. We opted out of the breakfast.

It was a very basic hotel. Room was clean, Common areas may need renovation but everything was functional and for the value of money it was ok. There was some spice/food smell in the hallways but not coming in rooms.
