The room was fine, over priced in my opinion. The door is no buffer for the noise you can hear in the hallway but the location was great and the room was clean with a comfortable bed!

The aesthetic at the hotel is wonderful. It has that northwestern lodge feel and the carvings of wildlife throughout entrance and lobby are cute as a bug’s ear. The free breakfast is good. The dinner offerings from the bar/restaurant are quite good as well. Jen the bartender was fantastic. There is something of note however… Jackson has a very difficult time hiring staff because the cost of living and housing market has become so expensive in the area. For this reason housekeeping is only available every other day rather than every day.

Husband Ken submitted in July 2024 to have a welcome gift of flowers, food items, wine…etc for our. 50th wedding anniversary. He talked to several different people at motel who took down his request in detail, but nothing was done! Not on arrival day the 4th, on our anniversary date on October 5, nothing on 6th. We left on 7th and went home. What happened!!?

Beautiful quiet hotel with friendly informative staff. Nice pool area with sauna also. Need additional staff for shuttle since we waited over 1 hour downtown while driver was helping unload bus luggage. Loved our shuttle bus driver, super friendly.

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. We had an amazing time sightseeing and then coming back to a fireplace in the room, the hot tub and sauna. And the breakfast was great too!

The hotel has fancy bath shower and sink. The breakfast is great. They provide real ceramic plates, slices of variety fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, fried bacon. They also have staffs pick up empty plates for you.
