We accidentally booked the wrong date. Tried working with hotel to cancel the reservation. No one ever answered the phone and when they did they were very rude and not accommodating at all. I realize it was my mistake but really? Would never book a stay there again.

Our room was next to an elevator and every time it was used we could hear it. We tried to get moved but they were all booked up. The management should have made some concessions but nothing was done and no apology for the inconvenience.
