Fine for a one night stay. Everything in Jackson Hole is pricey. My expectations were too high. This is an older, renovated motel, so you get noise from the balconies and parking lot and street level. Beds were comfy, and room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good for complimentary food. Some things need to be updated, like the carpeting. Front desk service was very prompt and friendly.

Check-in experience was very good with pleasant staff. Our room accommodations were nice. Room and bathroom very clean. Housekeeping helpful with accessories as we needed extras. Breakfast every morning was good especially biscuits and sausage gravy.

The room was outdated with old furniture and old towels. The bed and mattress were old and worn out. People were yelling out in the hallway at 7:30 am.

Thr property is old. The tv would not change channels so we call the desk and was told to look for sticky tspe on the back of the tv and push something and if that did not work we would only watch that one channel. Did not find what he was talking about and called again. This time we got somebody different and she would send maintenance they showed up over an hour later. Then we couldnt get the microwave to work and didnt bother to call about that. The breakfast was good

Overall, not a bad place. Breakfast was good. But our room had a very noisy bathroom fan, (more of an issue with our neighbors) and a leaky toilet flapper that caused the toilet to run every couple minutes. I just shut the water off at night and did report it at checkout.

Off the beaten path, tucked away from the noise of downtown but only .4 mi away from all thee action. Affordable, super clean. Breakfast staff did a fantastic job stocking, cleaning, refilling etc. tasty breakfast too. Pleasantly surprised. Would return.
