The reason why I chose this hotel is because was inexpensive and located around the bus station where I arrived. My sorprise was the I was told that my room is about 15 minutes away walking. I start walking looking for the place, I had to take a taxi. The place is so far away from downtown, too bad. I should give a star for that. I

nice hotel
Friendly staff. Property was going through some remodeling but in general it was clean. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch but only one cup of coffee was allowed without extra charge.

La habitación descuidada, la televisión y el control no funcionaban, la calefacción no funcionaba, no dejan suficientes toallas, las paredes son de tabla roca se escucha todo, mal aspecto del baño en general.

Solo falta un poco de limpieza, espejos sucios, en el baño salpicados de pasta dental hará la pared, pero lo demás bien, quizá un poco de ruido ya que está cerca de la av. principal y cerca guardan triailers

Dentro de lo que cabe el hotel está bien y cumple con su función , el único pero que le pongo es el olor de las instalaciones de Pemex que están cerca y que no cae suficiente agua caliente para bañarse, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

Pésimo servicio, vean otras opciones.
Es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado. Las colchas con manchas, y se veía que no hacían cambio de las mismas. No informaron que no nos hacen vale de cortesía por desayuno, a los que hacen reserva por aplicación, lo cual me hizo pasar un momento incómodo en su restaurant. No nos surtian de toallas, ni de jabón, tenía que pedirlo. Y para colmo, no me registran esos días ante esta aplicación, motivo por el cual me eliminaron los sellos. Siendo que hice uso de la reserva, y liquide en su momento el total de los días. Pésimo servicio. En verdad no lo recomiendo.

Ubicación errónea, hotel fuera de la cuidad
La ubicaciones que muestra la app no es la correcta, la ubicación correcta es fuera de la cuidad de Orizaba, por lo cual no es una buena opción si quieres pasear por la cuidad. No hay agua caliente en la noche, solo por la mañana y en ocasiones vuelve a salir fria, no me volvería hospedar.

En el momento de seleccionar el hotel, revise que tan cerca se encontraba del centro y la verdad hay 2 hoteles haus, el que elegí daba como referencia que estaba a 600 mt del centro, y no fue asi

Mi estancia en este hotel no fue tan buena ya que los baños no tenian nada de higiene estaban sucios y en la regadera y cortina estaba llena de pelos, a lo cual se aviso y solo dijeron que pondrian mas atencion en eso
