When we arrived and went to the room, the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. We called the front desk to report the situation. Someone came to our room immediately, apologized, and move us to another room, one rank higher. The response and service was more than we expected. Great example of Japanese hospitality!

非常棒的商務旅館
雖然看起來是一間具有歷史的旅館，但是房間非常乾淨整潔，旅館人員的服務也非常好。旅館直接就在磐田火車站旁，旁邊也有許多餐廳，地址位置非常理想。
