No complaints about this property: clean, comfortable facility, great staff, and fun staying in a tower room, despite the urbanization of this quaint, fun-sized college town into a now, overgrown city.

Finger Lakes long weekend
Hotel was very clean, room was spacious, bed & pillows comfortable, great location, ample & convenient parking, bar & restaurant on site were great - just wish it was open on Sunday. Disappointed that pool was not in service. Wish we had known that prior to the trip.

Pictures were deceiving. Room was dated and dirty. Bed was clean but window fixtures were visibly soiled—it’s clear no one had done a deep clean in a long time. Staff at front desk were very polite and professional but can’t make up for the room

The room could benefit from some renovations. There was evidence of a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The refrigerator compressor repeatedly turned on and off, causing noise. Additionally, our access card required reprogramming multiple times due to intermittent access issues.
