Overall GREAT Experience, this may be my "I had too much of regular life, time to get away for a night or two" spot. Pro: * Friendly Staff * SUPER CLEAN * Great Value!!!! * Well Maintained * Quiet * Close drive to the falls. Con: * The property is a bit dated, SUPER CLEAN and well maintained. I had one of the suites and one of the first things I noticed, besides how clean everything was, was "wow I haven't seen Bezels on a tv that wide in a decade". A few tiny holes in curtains. Small things. General Information: * While it is super close to the falls, there is no "nice" way to walk there. No sidewalk and the shoulders of the road are NARROW. * There is a gas station nearby... and that's it. It's pretty much off the beaten path.

The property was near the Ithaca College campus with easy access to downtown. Overall we had a quiet stay. The only glitch I noticed was external - the parking lot had a few large potholes. The front desk staff was fun and very helpful, and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay again!

A very good choice

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the extra features of the cookies and lemonade in the lobby and a snack bag at check-in were nice surprises. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast offered many options. Our daughter lives in Ithaca and this will be our choice hotel for visits.

Great stay close to campus

Perfect for an overnight near Ithaca College. Breakfast was excellent with good variety. Would stay again. Parking lot could use some resurfacing/patching though.

We have stayed at this hotel off and on multiple times in the past few years while our daughter is attending college in the area. The first time we stayed it was great and then it went downhill. We actually stopped staying here. It was not as clean as it had been in the past and staff seemed quite disinterested. I was looking for a cheap place to sleep on Monday night as I had to leave to go home at 5am. My stay was only 7 hours. I took a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. There has been an obvious effort in turning around the hotel. While there was snow in the parking area, the walkway into the hotel was clean and salted. I was greeted by Ebony who was very nice and gave me a complimentary water and snack bag. My room was very clean. As I was leaving at 5:30 am there was a pleasant gentleman cleaning the lobby.
