I came here for my daughter’s Cornell graduation. Staff was friendly and helpful and I like that I could park in the back closer to my room as opposed to walking through the hotel every time I wanted to go in and out. Breakfast was good. Walking distance (4 min) to a shopping area which ended up being convenient after realizing a left a few important items at home.

The rooms and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good too. The pools and hot tubs were nonfunctional which was disappointing. You can tell that this was once a very nice hotel and could use a bit of an update. Overall decent stay.

It was minutes away from our graduation we traveled 5 hours to get to. Welcoming food display at check in , easy free parking, room on first floor. Refrigerator in room along with microwave and a safe if needed. All the comforts of home. A diamond in the rough. Could use renovations to update but than it would probably be booked full all the time. Two pools one outside one inside . The outside pool not ready while we were there and we only stayed one night and didn't use indoor one but peeked. We chose for location and we were very satisfied with our stay. Free breakfast and we were on our way to see Itaca Falls few minutes away. Location, location, location!!

Great location with easy access to shopping areas. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was run down and looked like the door which connected to the adjacent room had been kicked in at one point. You could tell they had a security issue with all of the cameras around the hotel. The outdoor pool looked run down and the indoor pool was poorly maintained.

Looked abandoned

When we drove up, the hotel looked abandoned. No lights on and no sign of life. I think it could be more inviting looking. We couldn't even tell from driving up to it that it was open. Couldn't see any lights on inside. Breakfast was excellent. Room really needed a lot of work.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Don’t know why it’s rated so low. Not a fancy hotel but not bad either. Front desk overnight manager is a very nice man. Very helpful and polite.

Comfortable Stay

While the hotel needs some updating, it was clean and comfortable and in a great location. 10 mins from downtown Ithaca. Steps from several restaurants (Applebees, Subway, McDonalds, etc.) and a Tops Supermarket. Nice grounds. Pet friendly. The weekend breakfast was very good.

There was literally no breakfast so I thought we were late to the breakfast at 8 am. Then the answer was .. it is all it.. two pieces of bread and yogurt. Very nice! Never ever again at this hotle.
