Bom para uma pernoite
O hotel foi inaugurado em 2023 e apesar de novo, na carece de algumas manutenções. Como positivo destaco apenas o bom funcionamento do ar-condicionado e o estacionamento espaçoso. Como negativo destaco: - falta de recepção: apesar de dizer que tem recepção, é preciso ligar para que vc tenha atendimento. - cama e travesseiro ruins: cama de casal pequena e bem desconfortável, assim como o travesseiro. - café da manhã: fraquissimo, poucas opões. - localização: não é nuito longe do centro, porem, para se chegar é uma grande ladeira. - acústica: todas as paredes parecem serrem feitas de dry wall, vc ouve tudo o que acontece no corredor e quartos ao lado. Nao apresenta um bom custo-benefício. Nao recomendo

Hotel bem razoável. Fiz reservar com quarto com 02 camas e ao chegar , o rapaz que mal ficava na recepção, ofereceu o quarto com 01 cama. Foi necessário ligar para a proprietária a qual respondeu, grosseiramente, que ou era aquele quarto ou devolveria o valor sabendo que eu não conseguiria outro hotel por ser réveillon . Além das escadas ( estava a com uma idosa) o quarto ficava no local que os funcionários ficavam falando alto e fazendo barulho . O box com piso escorregadio sem um tapete de borracha para antiderrapante. Café da manhã sofrível . Ao sair do hotel , não havia ninguém para ajudar com as malas para descer as escadas. O check in é feito colocar do as chaves em um caixa . O Hotels.com, deveria fazer uma avaliação, presencial dos hotéis antes de anunciá-los.

Escolhi o hotel pela nota 9,2 e ao chegar lá me deparei com uma hospedagem de no máximo nota 6. Cama ruim, travesseiro ruim, café da manhã se você chegar depois das 9 vai encontrar apenas restos…. Banho pessimo, chuveiro elétrico com pressão super baixa. Ao chegar uns 25 minutos antes do horário para checkin recebi uma resposta super grosseira reforçando que o horário de checkin era 14hs. Jamais voltarei a me hospedar nesse local

Eu e meu esposo fomos a Penedo e de última hora resolvemos dormir na cidade. Vi esse hotel e nos serviu muito bem. Quarto bom, limpo, cama boa, ar-condicionado, chuveiro quente e depois no dia seguinte tomamos café. O café foi simples, mas nos atendeu muito bem.
