Bom hotel mas meio desorganizado.

Hotel bom, quarto muito bom, café da manha excelente. Mas muito mal organizado, checkin muito demorado, atendentes meio atrapalhados falta organização e agilidade. Pela quantidade de hospedes faltam elevadores.

A limpeza dos quatros precisa muito

Quarto sujo, chão com pó, cabelos e farelos; banheiro encardido, com mofo nos rejuntes do box, não repuseram sabonete e shampoo. Fila nos elevadores diariamente e final de semana pior (+ de 5 min), nunca tinha ninguém para entregar as toalhas p piscina!
