An older property that is apparently due for major renovations. It is located in a prime spot and has a very nice pool. A comfortable bed with a great breakfast included with the room. One of the features offered in other Hotels that is lacking here is a small detail, but very helpful. Simply offering g guests a place to fully their water bottles would be a simple upgrade and reduce plastic waste.

The photos of the property are better than the real thing. If you stay there make sure it's on the first block where the photos have been taken. We were placed at back where the corridors are horrible. Inside room ok, good view and nice facilities.The breakfast was really good. Porters very friendly, reception staff cold and unmotivated. Extra fees for parking.

Overall great place… very clean and lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the inside hot pool and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The only thing is the Wifi in the rooms was lousy.. did not work.

Muito Boa estadia

Boa estadia com pontos positivos para equipe do hotel , café da manhã, localização e janelas com proteção acústica. Já os pontos que incomodaram foi barulho de hospedes em outros quartos com bate e abre das portas e demais movimentações de moveis nos quartos. O acesso a veículos poderia ser melhor e o valor do estacionamento com valet pouco salgado.

Atendimento na chegada o recepcionista falou que eu poderia levar a bagagem…. Pode acreditar !!!!! Eu e minha família pasmem !!!!!! Pode Levar a bagagem !!! Eu na mesma hora falei que não, que aguardaria a entrega da bagagem. Recepção vazia !!!!! Na saída, as 10hs falei que iria tirar uma foto no summit e que pegaria as bagagens na volta !!!! A atendente falou que eu precisaria tirar o carro se não cobraria outra diária do estacionamento. Questionei na hora pois havia chegado as 14:50 de terça feira. 2 diária terminaria às 14:50 De quinta. A pessoa foi debochada e falou que esperaria até as 12horas. Falta de empatia, de cordialidade !!!!!! Eu havia falado que não demoraria e que pegaria o carro até 12:30 mais ou menos !

Embora o check in seja às 15h, chegamos 12:30 no hotel e a recepcionista Lucília prestou rápido e atencioso atendimento, observando as solicitações especiais da reserva e liberando o quarto antecipadamente. Equipe de limpeza muito efetiva - chegaram a limpar o banheiro enquanto fomos na academia. Tv smart com perfeito funcionamento. Apartamento 212 perfeito - sacada de frente para a praia. Muito silencioso. Delícia de piscina aquecida e jacuzzi. Piscina externa fechada para obra. O hotel fica quase em frente ao molhe norte. Muitas opções gastronômicas, comércio, academias e Big Wheel próximos. O único ponto negativo é o checkout 11h (não foi concedido late checkout). Excelente opção!
