We stayed 6 nights at Brava Mundo and everything was perfect. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, the shower is great, the room is spacious and modern. The staff is super nice, Fernando from the front desk was so cordial, he offered us umbrella and chairs for the beach and gave us nice tips about the beaches around. Rebeca - the cleaner is also very nice and did an excellent job. The breakfast is amazing, with many options, all fresh and tasty. The pool at the rooftop is another great feature. We had a really good time at the hotel and I definitely give them five stars!

Hotel maravilhoso!! Quarto limpo, espaçoso, silencioso e cheiroso. Cama e chuveiro maravilhosos, com produtos Loccittane e secador de cabelo disponível. Cama confortável, café da manhã de muita qualidade. Todos os funcionários muito educados e bem preparados. Fomos no inverno, então não usamos os serviços para a praia, mas sei que oferecem cadeiras e guarda-sol. Voltaremos com certeza!

Fim de semana de inverno na Brava
Vários pontos positivos, bom atendimento, café da manhã ótimo, bom ambiente interno. Na unidade que ficamos (704) houve 2 pontos a melhorar: a) limpeza periódica do chuveiro (ducha) para que o jato saia uniforme e direcionado; b) barulho de metal batendo a noite inteira impossibilitou o descanso. Sobre o item "b" entendo que não é total responsabilidade do hotel, pois deve ser de alguma construção lateral e o vento, mas o resultado impactou bastante nosso nível de sono. Agradeço e parabenizo por abrirem o canal com os clientes. A excelência de um hotel vem da evolução constante e adaptabilidade. Voltaremos pra conferir. Abraços,

Infelizmente muito ruim. Hotel com potencial porém deixou a desejar muito. No 1º dia chegamos tarde e o quarto que disseram que acomodaria minha família que são 2 adultos e 2 crianças não acomodou, o sofá cama é péssimo impossível de se conseguir dormir além de não terem deixado roupa de cama para arrumar o sofá e, a coberta que tinham disponibilizado não ter sido higienizado estava até com cheiro ruim. 2º dia ao sair por volta das 08:00 deixamos a placa para arrumar o quarto, mas não o fizeram. Não recolheram o lixo, não trocaram as toalhas, não recolheram copos usados, não arrumaram as camas enfim chegamos por volta das 22:00 cansados e ainda encontramos o quatro sem nem se quer ter toalhas limpas. Você sai com a família de férias e passa por isso é fogo. Enfim não recomento de jeito nenhum.

Bom hotel!!
Muito bom hotel, bem novinho. Minhas sugestões seriam: a piscina poderia ser aquecida, poderiam disponibilizar toalhas para a praia, senti falta algumas coisas no quarto como roupão (pedi e não tinha) café, chá, touca de banho e acessórios.
