Dirty beyond belief

The hotel room was disgusting. There were brown stains all over the pillows and quilt, the bathroom was full of hair and dirt. We checked in very late due to a delayed flight so couldn’t move hotels, we didn’t even sleep and left at the earliest opportunity. The hotel itself is tiny and very dated. Filthy would never recommend it stay there ever again

The location of the hotel is great as the metro station can be reached with a short walk. The rooms were fine. It seems like they have been renovated recently. However, during our stay, there was no water available in toilets at night, which was bizzare - so we were not able to shower after a long day of sightseeing or even brush teeth at night. The worst thing was that there was no advanced notice on this, and the hotel staff made zero effort to provide alternative solutions. My 5-year-old was covered with soap with no water to clean, and the guy from the reception was like, "What can I do? There is no water in the whole area. ". This was not a one-off issue. This problem occurred on all 3 nights we were there. There was no apology from the hotel either - the situation was handled poorly. Also, there was no room service provided, so the rooms were not cleaned daily. The staff spoke limited english, which also made the communication a bit difficult at times. No parking is available at the hotel, so we had to park nearby and pay around 350 Lira/day - it's something to bear in mind, but this would be the case everywhere in Istanbul.

Good location poor comfort

It’s a small and old building close to the Istanbul university metro. It’s about a 20 min walk from all attractions. Location is fine. Not a comfortable stay though. The rooms are very small and bathroom is smaller. I would expect to pay a lot less than what I paid for these rooms.

Otel oldukça bakımlı ve temizdi odalar gayet sıcakdı lokasyon olarak toplu taşımaya yakın olduğu için tarihi ve turistik yerlere kendi aracımızla değil toplu taşıma ile gittik istanbul trafiğinde zaman kaybetmedik. çalışanlar oldukça ilgiliydi kahvaltısı oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi aynı zamanda otelin altında bulunan restoran o bölgeye göre çok çok hesaplıydı bir daha ki seyahatimde kesinlikle yine bu oteli tercih ederim

Avarage hotel... Very Central

The hotel is okay, looks better on picture, but it is okay for the price. It is very central and easy go to Sultan Ahmet, the Bazar, gala and taksim with Subway and train.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft. Bad ist winzig. Zähneputzen am Waschbecken kaum möglich. Bett ist lediglich ein Holzbrett. Nur dünnes Tuch als Decke. Ansonsten alles super cheap. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
