This property is horrible! Electricity was cut in the night and the staff told me to use my phone flashlight as light … ! There was bed bugs and the staff refused to relocate me to another room.

The customer service was poor, even we had no disturbs sign, the housekeeper keeped knocking, the people in front of the door of the hotel were staring all the time, but the locations is best.

Not worth one star

There was a smell of sewage in the rooms. All day and night noise. You hear an ambulance all the time. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel does not have a lobby, they just rented it to a restaurant. Small rooms. And at the end of the stay they wanted to charge us for every wash of towels.

Old sagged beds and bad manager

The beds were horrible. The manager was rude and changed our 4-person room to a 3-person one for a couple of days one of us did not show up even though we had paid for it. We could not get any sleep due to the horrible old mattress. Towels were wet, staff were all nice, but the manager was not.

Worst possible hotel to stay

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Uncooperative staff and extremely dirty room. The place felt unhygienic and had bed bugs. I had to rush out early in the morning

Hotel is friendly, comfortable & convenient being situated just off Taksim Square. My only grumble was that breakfast was very basic & simple with little choice (nothing hot) and didn’t even include any fruit juice to drink.
