Worst ever experience. Dont book this hotel

Worst stay. We were given a room which was not what we booked in another place not main hotel. The bed we got was not changed as we found hair and used bed. I have asked for change but they didnt change. Istanbul was raining and entrance door was very wet with rain water. The area is so noisy even at night that we couldnt sleep. Worst ever experience

Food poisened

Terrible! We were 2 adults and 3 kids who suffered a severe food poisening that we got in this hotel, without any doubt from the breakfast buffet. Our 4 y/o even had to be admitted in the hospital 2 days later. The breakfast is very poor. The worst is its not chilled and in a very warm eating area, uncovered and the way it looked maybe even re-cooled from day(s) before. The staff is cold and distant and doesnt really make contact, even when you try to. Our room missed many essentials, as a bin, simple hooks to hang your clothing. We traveled with kids but did not receive any extra sheets, they used towels. The bathroom was in bad condition,the bath dark yellow, just too disgusting to even stand in. Honoustly the only good thing was the view of the water and for people who travel by train, it lies literally next to the station entrance. So we recommend the location, but stay away from the food!

Excellent breakfast, in my favourite location, nice staff, cheap taxi to airport. But bathroom corners are not clean with green/black stuff growing. Still OK if you get a cheap price.

Loved Istanbul stay

Love the hotel location. Near all the sites Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Spice market, and Grand Bazar. Was also close to port where the cruises to Princes Islands and Bosphoros River tours leave from. Plenty of dinning places really close as well as the metro and trams.

Great location, lovely spot outside to sit and relax and really good breakfast included. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The rooms however needed maintenance, our room had balcony doors that when I tried to open one, it nearly fell into the room and a wobbly toilet seat and lid that wouldn’t stay open. Some power points were also loose and our room had a section of exposed cord coming out from the wall.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is located in the heart of the city. Keep in mind that rooms are very tiny.

The hotel location is great, near to tramway and metro. The room is small. The housekeeping is poor. The breakfast is also not good. The presentation of the food is poor, there is no one following up the shortage of the food, bread and other thing.

Great location, good breakfast, good internet, close to restaurant and main tourist location. Great reception staff. The room was not ready even though I had a late arrival, furniture was broken, toilet was dirty, no safe, no iron. There was no secure luggage storage, they leave guests luggage in the public lobby. In the room you can clearly hear voices from other rooms.

Ok but not the building I booked!

Very convenient for Sirkeci Station Clean, quiet and reasonable breakfast but my main complaint is I was not actually staying in the hotel I booked! I was put in a building across the road from the hotel in the picture. The room was small and scruffy and for $45 I expect much better, this is more than 3x what I paid in East Turkey for a much bigger room. You would get a better room and breakfast for this price in uk.
