I arrived early so was prepared to wait, however the reception said my room was ready (which was wonderful). The hotel has a lift with plenty of room. Although my room was on the third floor, the positioning of the hotel means, there is barely any natural light, it's also a very small room. The television worked but I think the remote needed new batteries and there was no remote for the aircon. There was no water in the minibar on arrival, I understood no kettle but no water is strange.
The weirdest thing, something I have never encountered in beautiful Turkiye is that the bidet didn't work properly- I think a plumber needs to look at the situation.
I had very noisy neighbours (not the hotels fault) so that was a pain.
Breakfast is buffet style and really great, you should find something to eat for your taste. The staff were helpful and professional. But overaIl can't really say I had a comfortable or restful time here.
