Sound-proof can be better!!!

I can hear people watching TV next door, or the little boy kicking his ball at the wall at the other room. Regrettably, the one who watched TV started at midnight until 7am in the morning....?????

Clean and safe

Very clean hotel, professional and helpful staff, excellent location close to the seaside and also walking distance to train and metro stations. Hotel located in a very safe and cheerful area of Bostancı full of restaurants, coffee shops, take away shops, and supermarkets.

The location of the hotel is good, close to the sea and Bagdad Avenue. The staff is helpful. The condition of the rooms can be improved but overall, if you are not too picky, a good value for the money.

Requested 2 double beds was provided 2 singles only, but that wasnt a problem as we were only staying 2 nights , in our last night when we requsted room to be clered or cleaned in the morning as you do, found bed sheets weren't changed. The room its self has torn wall paper and some dust which shows the cleaning was not done properly

The Internet modem was unreliable. Off and on. The staff had to continually reboot the modem. I think the ownership is too cheap to buy an new modem that functions properly

Close to Marmary train to Istanbul. Shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms need to be refurbished. Said no smoking rooms but there was an ashtray in the room. Our room was over the door behind the reception desk where the help went out to smoke. Smoke was always in our room. Hallways lit by sensors, but lights didn’t even stay on long enough to get the door open.

The front desk staff were excellent, especially the guy with grey hair who worked in the afternoon. The hotel is very central, walking distance to the ferry (10 minute walk). Convenient store downstairs. Good breakfast (just needs scrambled eggs).
