What a terrible experience I had with staying at this place. Absolutely horrible, a nightmare. I stayed awake all night because of constant noice apparently, well known to the hotel. I went to the reception to respite the issue with the noise in the ventilation system and I was told it world stop in about an hour because the climate control system was apparently being charged with new gas…. Went back to the reception at 4am, I was told he reported the issue to the maintenance person and there is nothing he could do about it. I reported to the issue at check out and I was told it was well known problem. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told he is not available and will will be in the office after 10am. Stay away from this place and do joy trust the ratings. They are fake. Shame on Marriott!!’n

1- dont bother buying expedia insurance doesnot help. 2- rough area 3- the hotel at no point makes guests aware when booking in december that they will have christmas/ new year parties and weddings throughout the entire month from 7pm - 1 or 2 am in the morning EVERY DAY! Imagine putting your baby to sleep and people are screaming amd shouting and the music sound keeps getting louder and louder! I complained about this and nothing was done. Even expedia didnt help! 4- No heating! Do not take this lightly. I complained to hotel and expedia from my arrival until my very last day! I was in a hotel room with a baby and it was freezing cold and there was draft coming into the room so it made it extra cold. EXPEDIA could not help! They couldnt even connect to the hotel let alone anything else. I spoke to the hotel reception on multiple occasions and it seems they alter the aircon from downstairs central system. After multiple complaints they kept sending some guy which works in the hotel across the road i think and he didnt do anything :) i watched him the whole time he took a picture and then said its fixed and left! Ofcourse first he coughed the entire time and stank of smoke so badly the entire room was smelling i had no choice to open the window to air the room out because of my baby. This was never fixed. DONT drink or shower in their hotel either its yellow muddy water thAt comes out i recorded it everyday for 1 week! Overall RUN STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE dirty beds

Not as good as it once was.

This hotel is the nearest to Yeditepe university. This was our 7th stay in 13 months. The hotel is showing signs of wear & tear & needs renovating. Lights not working, chair furnishings torn, peeling wallpaper, kitchen utensils & plates & glasses missing. Only 1 lift working & this was the same 3 weeks earlier! Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The staff at breakfast are always great.

Upon arrival I was met by an overflowing bin and rubbish by the entrance. The windows and floors hadn’t been cleaned and looked grimy and dusty. Even the lift was grotty. Staff at checkin was wonderful and very welcoming though. The first room I was allocated was again, not the cleanest. Bathroom was moody which is my absolute pet hate. I went to the reception and was told it was the silicone changing colour however was offered an alternative room which I was happy with. Bed was comfortable and layout of room with kitchenette and dining area was great. Had a good stay in the end, just struggled with communal areas not being as clean as I’ve come to expect in most hotels in Instabul. Overall, the friendliness of the staff won me over.
