Great location for seeing Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. Front desk staff were excellent and always helpful. They spoke English. The morning breakfast staff could use some customer training—even a smile and hello would be nice. Our first room on floor 1 in the corner was much nicer than our sec Nd room on the 3rd floor (couldn’t even reach the hangars in the closet, very cramped).

Excellent boutique hotel! Room was well designed, clean and modern. Location relative to the attractions of Sultanahmet was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. (Anyone who says it was insufficient or unremarkable is a fraud.) Staff were polite, helpful and professional. Many good restaurants in the area. Definitely would stay again. PRO TIP: Hotel offers private airport transfers for a fee. Use it. We didn’t as we were transferring from the Galataport cruise port. It seems like taxi drivers in Istanbul make a competition out of how much they can scam tourists for. Uber and the local taxi app BiTaxi are mostly useless and still rely on honest taxi drivers (which are a rarity in Istanbul.)

My sister and I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The location is simply amazing, providing easy access to many local attractions and beautiful sights. The staff, Hamit, Bayram, Yunus, and Bekir truly stood out—they were great and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we were comfortable and went out of their way to be personable and communicate well. Their local knowledge was impressive as they suggested fantastic areas for sightseeing, which greatly enhanced our trip. Additionally, they efficiently managed our car pickups and drop-offs, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, this is a great hotel with top-notch service. Hard to drop off - constantly beeped while trying to get 8 people luggage from the car. Good position and close to everything - unable to source any beer unless you went to one restaurant which was disappointing while on holiday.
