Fairly new well kept property. Road to the hotel is very bad. Taxi driver didn’t want to drive down it. Comforter on king size bed was queen sized so my wife slept in the other bed as it wouldn’t cover us both. Door to balcony latch wasn’t working.

The property itself is okay but is in the middle of nowhere. The taxi that they called for me to take me to the airport at daylight charged almost three times of what I paid to bring me from the airport to the hotel at night. My room did not have a desk. Breakfast and its service were good but slow. It is not a buffet.

The hotel is relatively new and needs a lot of improvement. I had no shampoo or soap but 2 hair conditioners. The food at the restaurant is good but very expensive for a 3 star hotel. Almost absurd.

Basic hotel
Staff was great. Location is bad and hotel quality not so great. Our taxi driver was very upset about having to take us there late at night but the alternative was to overpay for the expensive private shuttle the hotel offered. The rooms were humid, smelly, with no hot water. Not worth the money but doable for one night if you have a long lay over.

Cemal and the team at the hotel were very warm and friendly. They made us feel extremely comfortable and accommodated our requests for early check in. Extremely prompt service. They even gave us tips on staying safe while using Uber or taxis. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the premises and rooms are clean. The restaurant serves delicious food and has a good choice of options catering to most diets. The restaurant staff- Hilal was even kind to give us free Ayran drink which was not on the menu. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place near the airport

Great proximity to airport but hard to get to with rough roads. Room didn’t have an operating phone and rooms are an outdoor walk away for the front desk. No liquor license. Good clean place but not worth 200 USD

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay if you are transferring from Istanbul airport. The facilities were very modern and clean. It is about 15 min from the airport and easy to come with a taxi.

This hotel was top notch. It’s clean, it’s quiet and breakfast was excellent. They have the most comfortable beds. There is road work going to the hotel but it’s really not a deal breaker. Not to mention, the airport is only 15 minutes away. Our one night stay was perfect.

We use this hotel whenever Istanbul is our connecting flight airport and always find our stays at Menalo delightful and relaxing. Their VP shuttle service is impeccable, rooms are clean and spacious, their staff is very welcoming and helpful, the restaurant provides great authentic food options, and overall hotel premises with lots of greenery and flowers are charmingly beautiful. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the chaos of multi-day travels and feel pampered and relaxed while in transit.

Staff need to be called to take your order otherwise they stand there like staues. When the food did arrive it was cold. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Cheaper hotels are of better quality and have better staff
