It is an old property situated on a steep hill. The room was very small and a request for a bigger room, for which I offered to pay, met with a negative response.The staff speak limited English which is surprising given its multi national clientele. I am glad I didn't prepay for breakfast as it was non existent. I have stayed in other Radisson hotels and this one compares badly with the others.

We really liked the convenience of this hotel. It was perfectly located for all the places we wanted to go. The staff were so friendly and always available to advise us. The waiters and cleaning staff were also very charming and friendly. We also loved the pool and the wonderful massages we had with the lovely Balinese masseuse, Ida.

Very good location near Hippodrome and mesquites. Great hotel in the area, near to Gran Bazar. The neighbor are stores. The buffet its good. The restaurant in top floor its nice. The staff very attendant. Recomendable, price it's good.
