We’ve traveled the world and this would be something sub-par by our experience. We can deal with small and old rooms, but this was a horrible bed. The bathroom was recently redone and nice. But, there was NO security lock on the inside of the room. And since the door has old school actual key locks, any old key could gain access.
We stayed in Scotland for one week and thought this hotel would be a good option for one night. Parking was tough but not as bad as the hotel staff who were unaccomdating when I asked if they could keep our food items in their fridge overnight. Every other hotel I stayed in was able to accommodate this aside for them. When I returned in the morning to ask for ice to fill our cooler the receptionist could not find the key the kitchen. How unprofessional. I'm very frustrated in the hotel staff and would recommend looking elsewhere.
Okay part of a longer trip would not stay again just not my place. Nothing wrong.

Friendly staff and easy access to park. The view of the mountains behind the hotel were prime! The ocean view out the front were splendid!

Reception Lady was very good. Some of the Restaurant staff need improvement.
Nice views and room was clean.
Our room had a definite down hill feel, which is understandable in some older buildings. Would have been good if the bed could have been levelled up to counter act the sloping floor. Ended up sleeping the up the other way as it was that downhill!
Rooms need an uplift. Nearly rolled out of bed because mattress needs turning. Shower head not secured causing water to run out on floor. Toilet pumping not working well. Expedia guests get parking lot view only for a waterfront hotel.
The hotel itself was good and the staff were great.
The only thing we didn't like was the mattress was hard and lumpy and the pillows were like bags of gravel.

Quaint, older hotel. Rooms were decent and clean. Our shower drain, however, was plugged with old hair which was disgusting. Overall, a good place to stop on our travels.

Convenient position near Skye bridge, property looks over the coast. Our room was at back, ok but bathroom windows were normal see-through glass. Evening meal was ok but expensive. Breakfast quite good, though shift manager was arguing with staff.
There were cobwebs on the inside panes of the bedroom windows, the curtains were hanging down as the hooks at the top were not attached. In general the hotel had a run down feel and the standards were poor. It needs the management to pay more attention to detail particularly in the housekeeping area. Not a hotel group we would recommend.

Location at the entrance of Isle of Skyie. Nice view. Basic lodging. Bathroom in our room (2nd floor) has narrow upper wall make it difficult to take shower
Rooms were clean but badly in need of an update. Staff was helpful but everything closes relatively early in the summer given that it's light out until 11pm.
Shabby, dingy rooms that desperately need to be updated. The mattress had springs digging into my back - couldn’t sleep. Shower in the tub was leaking out of the glass barrier and making a puddle on the floor of the bathroom. Mold on the grout and generally old, dated bathroom. Do NOT stay here.
Compact room with a clean, modern bathroom.
Great view over the bay.
Bed extremely firm and uncomfortable however.
TV remote doesn’t work, with batteries sellotaped in to the back.

Location is nice, however limited parking. Room was not clean, other than the beds, room door was old with no deadlock. Beds were terrible for what I paid.
