Checking in was so easy and the person checking us in was so nice. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. We went to the pool which was also clean and so much fun. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and it was also clean. I'd definitely stay again.

Staff are nice and professional. But our room was clearly in need of love. The bathroom door did not latch closed, there was water damage on the bathroom wall and an area where the drywall was showing. There were cracks in the ceiling where the drywall seams are, and 2 of our lights needed the bulbs replaced when we arrived.

Two things in room 322 need repair 1. lotion dispenser in bathroom is becoming dislodged from the wall 2. HVAC unit - pressed sheet metal components are separating. This allows a big gap for cold air to rush into the room at all times. I tried to block the air with a towel, but it's too much. Somehow the installation of the unit below the window allows cold air to flow in through the unit and below the unit.

Big shoutout to Bobby at the front desk! Super cool dude willing to go above and beyond. Appreciate you Bobby! Heated pool was clean. 88 outside water temp, 83 water temp. Fitness center was clean and had solid equipment.
