the staff at the property was great!!! i cant say enough about them. but the owners dont take of the property.the shower heads didnt work right. i never had a hot shower any of the 6 days i was there.there was broken wood on the floor in my room that i triped over several time.the hotel needs to spray for bugs and mosquito's. i could not sit in the hallway with out getting bit.i was told by orbitz that i was a vip and would recieve a bottle of wine when i got there and that never happened.the list go's on but i think is enough for today.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. I had a very good nights sleep on the mattress. Cons: low water pressure, and majority of the time the water ran out. Experienced some power outages. The location was great and a short walk to the beach.

Great location in Holbox
Amazing service, perfect location for exploring the town. Great option to stay in Holbox. The water pressure was low at times, but you’re on an island so that’s normal. Really enjoyed it :)

🏨 Just had an okay experience at Hotel Review TV! 🏨 While the TV in the room wasn't the greatest, I must say that the staff was really nice. They were friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met during my stay. Their hospitality definitely made a positive impact on my overall experience. Hotel cómodo y bonito en mitad del paraíso
Hotel muy bonito en el medio de Holbox, la habitación es muy espaciosa y el baño tiene un tamaño perfecto. Tiene mini nevera lo cual es perfecto para mantener bebidas frías, que se agradece con el calor que hace en Mexico. También teníamos una terraza enorme. Un lugar para repetir una y mil veces.

Hotel Bohonito is a lovely hotel, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and were always helpful. The AC kept the room super comfortable. The location is convenient to all the restaurants and shops and of course, the beach. Because there was not a window in the room, it was a little dark but it also stayed nice and cool (even with the AC off) and it was a nice retreat in the heat of the day, especially if you want a little siesta. Overall, it was affordable, convenient, and comfortable!

Hotel was really nice and convenient. Has Netflix and nespresso machine. Center of everything. Really easy to sleep in as no natural light to wake you. Room has 5 light fixtures but still dimmed. Unfortunately you can hear people talking loudly in the hallway. & No fridge.
