Royal Isabela offers 20 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature private plunge pools and indoor private spa tubs. Rooms open to furnished patios. These individually decorated accommodations have separate sitting areas and include fireplaces. Pillowtop beds feature Frette Italian sheets and down comforters. The price-to-product ratio is not satisfactory. The limited and expensive offer for the final product.The dealer can improve. They should be better prepared to meet the demands in such an elegant, luxurious and beautiful hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have a microwave in the casita. Or golf carts for the guest unless you’re going golfing. But other then that it was so so beautiful & the staff are so welcoming.

All staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly. My only deductions are because some trails have slippery mud because of heavy rain so it is more a response issue than regular maintenance. Overall it was an excellent experience and our kids loved it. Thanks.

Royal Isabela is a great and nice property, but really needs maintenance in the Casitas. For example, the woods in the terrace, lights inside the room. Also, the restaurant didn’t have some of the plates in the menu
