Nice Hotel
Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, room clean but basic and bed not the most comfortable but as was only for one night to attend Hogmanay Gala Ball it was ok for us. Entertainment was great, Meal was very nice as was breakfast. Easy check-in and out.

Room didn’t resemble the website pictures, the room was dark toilet was run down and shower was difficult to operate. The tea and coffee at breakfast were always tepid and not hot unless asked for the urns to be refilled. Apparently some rooms have been renovated but are given to people booking directly with the hotel and not to Hotels.com customers.

My stay in Irvine
The room allocated was at the extreme edge of the site. A walk past 40 rooms and numerous cupboards. The evening meal was delicious but the breakfast (a full breakfast) was served cold on a very hot plate the tea and coffee was also cool. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The addition of car charging points would be a good addition to the site.

Pleasant Stay
Stayed 4 nights primarily to attend a wedding at the hotel. In summary the downstairs is clean, modern and smart. The restaurant food is very nice. The bedrooms themselve are very dated and the mattress not particularly comfortable. We had a bath with shower over which was ok. The cold tap only trickled with water and turned off if you tried to turn it on further! The toels and bedding were of good quality. We did ask for fresh milk and decaffeinated tea bags which they were happy to provide daily.

Another lovely visit to the Riverside
Lovely , comfortable stay. Had slight issue where l was told mid meal breakfast wasnt included, but the manager , a lovely guy quickly sorted this for me. Recommended to all.
