Restaurant experience was ruined by children & some adults from an event other end of restaurant constantly walking/ running up & down past diners. Very disruptive & not dealt with by staff. No satisfactory action or compensation of any kind offered.

A lovely stay at Muthu Belstead Brook.
The staff were polite , helpful , friendly and informative , the food was delicious both the evening meal and breakfast , the pool facilities were great including a hot tub and steam room. The gym has plenty of equipment to use. The bedroom was adequate though the bed could do with a new mattress. The bathroom was good. The outside of the hotel could do with maintenance , updating, repairing and looking after. The decor on the inside however has some beautiful features, furniture and ornaments.

Well worth a visit
We stayed for two nights half board . The room was very spacious, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board In wardrobe . The food was absolutely delicious, staff really helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi were so lovely. The hotel is well worth a visit . Jimmys farm is 8 minutes from hotel . Would I stay here again …. Absolutely! The only thing I’d change was having a thicker quilt on bed as evening colder or a throw / blanket in wardrobe for a just in case ! Liked the lift to get us up to floor two . Stairlifts in hotel for people with disabilities. Can’t wait to return .

Lovely hotel for a relaxing stay
Lovely relaxing 2 night stay. It was the first time we’ve been since the pandemic and it was great. We had a good swim, a meal in the restaurant and two meals in the bar all good. Breakfast was also good with a tasty selection at the buffet. The bedroom was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was average but for the price expected better. Toilet didn’t flush properly, shower power was minimal. Bar was very small and only carlsberg on tap. Pool was very good and the highlight. Hot tub and sauna.

Nice hotel but some upkeep needs looking at
Good staff , friendly and helpful. Great food in bar and restaurant. Relaxing hotel and the swimming pool and spa are included in room rate which is very good . Bar area chairs and armchair area need renewing as dirty and wobbly . Restaurant carpet needs renewing to.as very stained . Rooms are comfortable with good bedfing and tea tray . For tye cost of our stay it was good value
