Foi a segunda vez que fiquei nesse lugar. A primeira foi ok, dessa vez foi decepcionante. O colchão horrível, você deitava em alguns minutos estava dentro de um buraco. O ar condicionado totalmente sujo. Atacou a renitente da minha filha. Triste, mas é o que estava disponível no momento. Não voltarei com certeza.

Atendimento muito bom por parte de todos os colaboradores do hotel. Fiquei hospedado em um quarto com uma cama de antiga de mola e um colchão de.espuma (péssimo). Sistema de aquecimento do chuveiro não funcionou.

Os trabalhadores do Hotel Salto Grande foram todos gentis e simpáticos. O principal problema que eu notei foi a falta de elevador no hotel que para pessoas com necessidades especiais dificulta o acesso aos quartos somente pelas escadas.
