Governador Valadares Hospitality
The staff is welcoming and always pleasent. Close to shops and supermarket. Corner pub is also convenient. Bring a car you know how to drive. Parking is tight but very easy for the experienced who know how to do three point turns and back into a space. We rented a Ford KA 4 door sedan. Don't bring a suv or truck. Street parking is also available if you do.

Hotel Pedra Negra
Pontos positivos: Café da manhã variado e saboroso. Localização próxima a bares, restaurantes e supermercado. Pontos negativos: Cama pouco confortável (união de duas camas de solteiro), Inflexibilidade por parte da administração do hotel em permitir check-out tardio ou extensão de check-out assim como fazem todos os hotéis em geral. O horário de check-out é as 12:00pm e, caso não ocorra até este horário o hóspede tem que parar uma nova diária completa, ou seja, um absurdo. Por esse motivo recomendo que os clientes pesquisem outras opções de hotéis na cidade pois seguramente encontrarão opções melhores pagando aproximadamente o mesmo preço.

Hospedagem foi razoável (sendo gentil) ! Pontos Positivos: Funcionários cordiais, se esforçando para dar um bom atendimento. Pontos Negativos: Por ter um evento na cidade, o hotel estava lotado. Com isso ficou claro que o hotel não tem capacidade de atendimento quando todas suas unidades de hospedagem estão ocupadas. Destaques: Contra-tempo no check in (Cheguei às 14:00 hs e tive que aguardar por quase 1 h para entrar no quarto...). No salão do café da manhã, dificuldades para sentar, vários dos itens com MUITA demora para reposição (café, leite, copos, xícaras, suco etc). Obs.: A administração do hotel sabia com antecedência que o fim de semana estaria lotado. Me parece que as ações feitas para garantir o atendimento foram muito menores do que as necessárias.

Recepcionistas confusos, quarto não foi limpo por 2 dias seguidos. Cartão eletrônico não funcionou para abrir a porta do quarto. Não há vagas suficientes no hotel nem num terreno quase em frente. Vc aluga um quarto com estacionamento e o seu carro tem que dormir na rua, onde vc encontrar vaga.

Hotel muito bom pra a sua categoria. Bom café da amanhã. Boas camas e boas instalacoes. Bom custo benefício. O único problema é que o quarto do 5o andar fica embaixo da lavanderia, que começou a funcionar máquinas barulhentas às 06:00h e não pudemos mais dormir. Mas, no mais, recomendamos o hotel e voltaríamos a ele.
